Screen Detox Guidebook

Do you feel like you and your children’s screen time is getting in the way of feeling more connected? Do you feel like you don’t have control over it? Would you like to feel more intentional about how your screen time is spent?

I have developed a “detox” that has a week of preparation and observation; it will walk you through observing and evaluating your current use, coming up with an ideal usage, and then space to brainstorm and plan ways to replace the screen time. You then enact the plan and review how it went, gathering ideas and inspiration for next time.
